The multiple is the equivalent of the average market value of a share in the last 6 months divided by the initial value of emission of one share.

A multiple equal to 1x means that in the last 6 months the market value has always been equal to the emission share value.

A multiple above 1x means that in the last 6 months the market value has always been above the emission share value.

A multiple below 1x means that in the last 6 months the market value has always been below the emission share value.

In any case, the multiple indicates a reference for the transactions that have been realized in the Agora, it is not a recommended bidding price nor a value shown to advice on the investment, like it would happen on a normal stock exchange.
