It is possible to unsubscribe as long as you have not made any investments. If you are an investor in any of the projects, you will not be able to unsubscribe from the platform until you fulfil the term of the investment.

On the other hand, if you have not invested but you are an accredited investor, we will not be able to delete your profile until 5 years later, as Law 5/2015 requires us to do so.
If you are a non-accredited investor, you should know that there are two options to cancel your account: 

  • Inactivate account: if you inform us that you want to inactivate your account, we will not delete your data from our database but you will stop receiving any communication from us. If you decide to inactivate the account, you will be able to activate it again with the same registration email and without having to fill in the profile again. 

  • Delete account: you can delete your account if you are a non-accredited investor. We will delete all data from our database, but you will not be able to sign up again with that email anymore.  

In addition, you should know that the payment gateway, Lemon Way, has the obligation to keep all user data for 5 years by the Act on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing by which they are governed.
